As women, I think we grow up with certain implied expectations of how we should act, dress, and aspire to look. When we are asked “What is beautiful?” STRENGTH isn’t always the first description that comes to mind. But….
Being a woman myself and working to empower other women; I see strong, smart, sexy and beautiful women walk through my studio doors daily. Many of my clients share their own stories of strength with me during their sessions. Stories of triumph over failure, heart break, love, life challenges and perseverance. The one common thread in all these stories is strength. You may not always see it in yourself, but you are strong! Your strength is beautiful, embrace it!
